EM6781 Product Details
EM6781 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) package done to protect the magnetic switch from damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 9μA as maximum current. If these switches work, they can output 500μA as the maximum current. Magnetic switches should have a maximum current of 500μA to operate. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 9μA. There is 85°C maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches. In order for this magnetic switch to function, the working temperature must be greater than -30°C.
