AS7C164A-15JINTR Overview

A memory chip with a capacity of 64Kb 8K x 8 is used on this device. Memory data is stored in SRAM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. This device has an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, so it's perfect for a wide range of demanding applications. The supply voltage can be up to 4.5V~5.5V. There is a recommendation that Surface Mount mounting type should be used for this product.
