AOZ1036DI Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space-saving 8-PowerVDFN packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V.
