AOZ1269QI-02 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 23 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 23-PowerTFQFN package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 200kHz~1MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.7V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 12A output current. 28V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
