AOZ3011PI Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 3A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 18V. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 15.3V volts. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 800mV at the very least.
