A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 500kHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V.
