EPF8452AQI160-3 Overview
A PQFP package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of LOADABLE PLD components. This device features 120 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. In order to make this device as versatile as possible, there are 116 different outputs included. As a whole, it has 160 terminations. There should be at least a temperature of -40°C in the operating area.
