1DE104K-EC Overview

In the package of a Bulk, NTC thermistors are contained. It is included in the Disc, 2.5mm Dia x 24.1mm W package for your convenience. NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±10% in order to function properly. NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C temperature to ensure reliable performance. Temperatures below 300°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. Optimal reliability requires a minimum temperature of -55°C for NTC thermistors. Power set by NTC thermistors is 500mW.
