3DA100J Overview
Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Bulk package. In order to make things easier, it is included in the package Disc, 7.6mm Dia x 1.5mm W. A NTC thermistor must have a resistance tolerance of ±10% in order to operate. For reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~150°C. Temperatures of 300°C provide reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It's best to operate NTC thermistors at -55°C for reliability. The thermistors set their maximum power to 1W.
