For convenience, this transducer is included in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The temperature of the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. The transducers can operate well with a supply voltage of 3V~10V. The maximum operating temperature of the transducers can be reached 125°C.
