Temperature setting NTC thermistors to -50°C~150°C is recommended to ensure reliable performance. NTC thermistors can operate reliably at 150°C due to their maximum operating temperature. n order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors are rated for operation at a minimum temperature of -50°C.
