AD4110-1BCPZ Overview

40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP is the way it is packaged.In order to design this electronic part, 24 Bits have been used.There is an embedded version of it in the Tube package.It involves terminating a transmission line with an impedance-matching device.Using 4.5V~5.5V 24V~40V, this electrical device converts AC voltage into regulated DC voltage and drives a load with regulated DC power.This electrical device operates at 4.5V~5.5V 24V~40V volts.Supply voltage should remain at 15V.In addition, it is equipped with a 40 pin count.It is the analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT that is used in this device that makes it work.Upon reaching 20V, the supply voltage (Vsup) reaches its maximum value.The operating temperature should be -40°C at least.
