AD5391BCPZ-3 Overview
A 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains it, and it is available for download. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. 64 terminations are present in total. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number AD5391. The device has 64 pins which are included in the design. In the case of 3V supply voltage, designers can take full advantage of its flexibility. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 64 pins. It can accept a maximum voltage of 3.6V volts as a supply voltage. As long as the supply voltage is at least 2.7V, it is able to work properly.
