AD558JPZ-REEL7 Overview
A 20-LCC (J-Lead) package is provided with this component. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. The FPGA belongs to the DACPORT® series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of 0°C~70°C. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 125°C. Operating temperatures should exceed -55°C. A maximum voltage of 16.5V can be supplied to it.
