AD5676RACPZ-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. The supply voltage is 3V volts. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The nanoDAC+® series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the nanoDAC+® family of FPGAs.
