AD607ARSZ Overview
RF IC features an enhanced 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tube package.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 20 terminations integrated.A 20-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -25°C.
