AD630AD Overview

Using the frequency of 0Hz~2MHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 20-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.In the Tube package, this RF modulator is mounted.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 20 terminations integrated.20-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.
