AD630SD Overview

A frequency of 0Hz~2MHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 20-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.The Tube package contains this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 20 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 20 pins.Below 125°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 5mA in order to deliver its performance.
