Due to the enhanced 144-LFBGA, CSPBGA package, this RF IC is excellent .There is a Tray package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 144 terminations integrated.This is a 144-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
