RF IC with the enhanced 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.In the Tray package, this RF modulator is mounted.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.RF module has 64 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.This is a 64-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be no minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC, which is -40°C.
