RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 65MHz.Due to the enhanced 144-LFBGA, CSPBGA package, this RF IC is excellent .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 144-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
