AD6674BCPZ-750 Overview
Using the frequency of 385MHz, RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this RF IC is excellent .Tray package is used for this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 64 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 64-pin.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 125°C is required for operation.A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
