AD7228KPZ-REEL Overview

There are two packages that contain it: 28-LCC (J-Lead) package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 15V volts is required. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~85°C while the machine is operating. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape & Reel (TR).
