There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. This is a Voltage Feedback type op amp. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 8. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins on it. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it.
