AD8223BRMZ Description
The AD8223 is a single-supply integrated instrumentation amplifier that provides rail-to-rail output swing (3 V to 24 V). The 8-lead industry standard connector arrangement is supported by the AD8223.
The gain of the AD8223 is easily adjusted using a single resistor. The AD8223 is set up for G = 5 in the absence of an external resistor. The AD8223 can be programmed for gains of up to 1000 with an external resistor.
The AD8223 can amplify signals with a common-mode voltage of 150 mV or less below ground and has a broad input common-mode range. The AD8223's architecture is optimized for operation from a single source, however it nevertheless performs admirably when powered by a dual voltage supply (between 2 and 12 volts).
