AD8224HACPZ-R7 Overview
There is a 16-VQFN, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There have been a total of 16 terminations over the past year.
