AD8231TCPZ-EP-R7 Overview
A 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is used to package the op amp. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. In recent months, the number of terminations has approached 16. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board.
