AD823AARMZ Description
The AD823AARMZ is a 17 MHz dual precision JFET input op amp made using the XFCB (extra fast complementary bipolar) technology. The AD823AARMZ can be powered by a single 3 V to 36 V supply or two 1.5 V to 18 V supplies. In single-supply mode, it features a real single-supply input voltage range that extends below ground. For IOUT 100 A, the output voltage swing is within 20 mV of each rail, resulting in a wide output dynamic range. It also features a linear output current of 40 mA and a supply voltage of 0.5 V.
