AD8283WBCPZ-RL Overview
An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.It has proved to be a valuable component for a variety of applications since it is a General Purpose RF IC?.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.72 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.72-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 105°C during operation.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 190mA.
