Op amp is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 14 terminations. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins. It would be helpful if you could remember that this op amp ic should be powered by an 3V battery. I would like to specify that this buffer amplifier belongs to the Operational Amplifier-type of devices. 14 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. Op amp rates 6mV as input offset voltage. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier. The buffer amplifier functions well at -40°C~125°C as far as operating temperature is concerned.
