Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. Buffer amps of this type are called General Purpose-types. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations is approaching the 16 mark. In this case, there are 16 pins on the board.
