There is a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months.
