The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. Op amps are Voltage Feedback types of amplifier on the chip. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be at least 16 terminations this year.
