A 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Voltage Feedback-type. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be at least 14 terminations this year. It consists of a total of 14 pins in total.
