AD9144BCPAZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 88-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. Supply voltage is 3.3V volts. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the TxDAC+? seies. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. It is designed with 88 terminations. For related parts, use its base part number AD9144. This cable has 88 pins and is designed to connect to a computer.
