As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. In the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 40 terminations.
