AD9764ARRL Overview
A 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package contains it, and it is available for download. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. FPGAs belonging to the TxDAC® series are a type of FPGA that belong to the TxDAC® series of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~85°C range at all times when the unit is in use. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space. For related parts, use its base part number AD9764. This cable has 28 pins and is designed to connect to a computer.
