AD9767ASTZ Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 48-LQFP package and X package. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. The FPGA belongs to the TxDAC+? series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~85°C range. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tray for the sake of space saving. 48 terminations are present in total. Its base part number AD9767 can be used to find related parts. In this case, 48 pins are used in the design. In operation with 5V, designers can take advantage of its flexibility to the fullest extent. It is equipped with 48 pin count.
