ADA4625-2ARDZ-RL Overview
A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad case is used to package the op amp. A J-FET-type buffer amplifier is shown here. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount.
