ADA4638-1ACPZ-RL Overview

There is a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. An op amp ic of the Zero-Drift type. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. During the past two weeks, there have been close to 8 terminations.
