ADA4665-2ARZ Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tube case. The number of terminations is approaching the 8 mark. Buffer amplifier has a total of 8 pins on it. It is important to remember that this op amp should be operated at a voltage of 8V volts.
