ADAS1000-1BCPZ Overview
Packaged in the manner of 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP.The electronic part in this example has been designed using 19 Bits.The Tray package contains it.In the 56 termination, an impedance-matching device is used for terminating a transmission line.
