The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
