ADF4111BRU Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer.
