ADF4113HVBRUZ-RL Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
