ADF4157BRUZ-RL7 Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V.
