ADF4351BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 32 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Approximately 3.6V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
