ADG1404YCPZ-REEL Description
The ADG1404, an analog CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor) multiplexer with four single channels, was created using the iCMOS® process. High voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies are combined in the modular manufacturing process known as "industrial CMOS" (iCMOS). It makes it possible to create a variety of high-performance analog ICs that can operate at 33 V in a footprint that no prior generation of high-voltage devices could. iCMOS components, in contrast to analog ICs made using traditional CMOS methods, can withstand high supply voltages while delivering improved performance, much lower power consumption, and smaller packaged devices.
When switching audio signals, the on-resistance profile is exceptionally flat across the entire analog input range, ensuring superb linearity and minimal distortion.
