ADG1412YCPZ-REEL Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP, making it easy to ship abroad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TA extended. Total terminations are 16. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. In the case of a voltage supply of 5V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. There are 16 pins injected into the electronic part body. Multiplexers built on a SPST - NO switching circuit are built. Use ADG1412 to search for variants of the digital switches. The transfer of data can be performed over 170MHz bandwidths.
