ADM1065ASUZ Overview
A total of 48 terminals are used to mount this power management. Packaged in the form of a Tray, power management is easy to use. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 10 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find 48-TQFP functions for you to refer to. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Sequencer products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 10 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. The total number of pins on this power management is 48. 48 pins are on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 3V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 14.4V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.
